If you haven't already, you'll need to create an account on the forum. This is a simple process and only needs to be done the first time - after that, you can just login with your username and password.
1. Go to the support forum , and click the Sign Up link in the top-right corner. | |
2. Enter your email address, a username of your choice and a password. Make sure you remember these details! Then click the Create New Account button. | |
3. Check your email. The forum will send you a confirmation link that you need to click on to verify your email address before you can log in. | |
That's all you need to do to sign up and post on the support forum. If you're a registered Opus user you can perform an additional step - you can link your forum account to your Opus registration. This will ensure you receive priority technical support. |

4. Once you've verified your address and logged into the forum, click the Sales & Registration menu in the top-left corner, and then click the Account Linking option in the drop-down menu. Or you can click this link (as long as you're logged in). | |
5. Enter your Directory Opus registration code and click Submit. Your registration code looks like ABC12-DE3FG-4HIJ5-KL6M7. The Account Linking page has step-by-step details and a video showing how to find your registration code. |
