If you haven't already, you'll need to create an account on the forum. This is a simple process and only needs to be done the first time - after that, you can just login with your username and password.

	1. Go to the support forum , and click the Sign Up link in the top-right corner.
	2. Enter your email address, a username of your choice and a password. Make sure you remember these details! Then click the Create New Account button.
	3. Check your email. The forum will send you a confirmation link that you need to click on to verify your email address before you can log in.
Note for hotmail.com / outlook.com users: A long-time bug in Microsoft's web-based email systems can mean that automated messages (such as those from the support forum) aren't delivered to your inbox. If you find you don't receive the confirmation email we suggest you try another email address.
